Returns & Exchanges
While we try our utmost best to accurately describe our products through pictures and words, personal preferences can be highly subjective and we understand that not every tea drinker is going to like every tea. However, we are regretfully not able to accept returns once a bag of tea has been opened, as we cannot re-sell an open bag of tea. Therefore, we recommend buying a smaller amount at first to taste the tea before committing to a larger purchase.
There was a Flaw or Mistake on my Order |
If we made a mistake by packing the wrong product, or there is a significant flaw to the items, please contact us by email or telephone immediately. To better facilitate the return process, please enclose a picture of original packaging with the label name and email to us, so that we can review. If we determine the issue is a result of our mistake, you can package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us. We will issue the refund or send you a replacement right away. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after 30 days from the original date of purchase.
My Order Arrived Damaged |
DelishTea Company uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, DelishTea Company will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect) or expense during shipping. Risk of loss shall pass to the customer at the moment the purchased product is transferred to the third party shipping service provider. While we try to package our orders as securely as possible, damage can occur during transit. We suggest you open all packages and inspect the products immediately. If you find damage to your order, please contact and submit a claim to the carrier immediately.
