How & When We Ship

We thrive to reduce your shipping cost;  As for now,  our preferred carrier in Canada and United States is Canada Post and UPS respectively. Please contact us immediately if you would like us to  find the cheapest method to ship the products to your door by exploring different shipping carriers.   Shipping cost is based on the total weight of the items ordered.  The shipping and handing surcharge is $3 CAD for each shipment. All shipments are tracked to ensure that you receive your order. 

Shipping Outside of Canada and United States |
At this time, we do not ship internationally, but hope to deliver the teas internationally in the near future.
 
Delivery Times |
Please allow at least two business days for your order to be processed. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
