Flower-scented teas were, uniquely introduced by the Chinese people. As China is the historical origin of many varieties of distinctive fruits and aromatic flowers, early Chinese tea masters first experimented with and then excelled at producing scented teas that were esteemed worldwide.
The Fragrant LuAn tea is a scent tea rarely known, with the exception of older generations of Chinese people. It is a very smooth and relaxing everyday tea with nuttiness and long lingering aftertaste. The scenting involves several introductions of fresh small golden Aglaia Odorata flowers to the black tea to acquire the desired level of floral aroma, followed by roasting. The result is a uniquely floral, full body mouthfeel and nutty aroma. |
