Oolong . 烏龍茶

At Delishtea Tea Company, we proudly offer a selection of premium roasted and non-roasted Oolong teas from producing regions of Anxi, Wuyi and Guangdong county of China. Our Oolong teas are crafted by our in-house, experienced tea experts. Each Oolong is blended or roasted with care according to family recipes passed down for three generations.
Oolong tea is a partial-oxidized tea. The oxidization level, growing climates and landscape result in a broad range of flavor and aromatic style. The Oolong tea-making process requires our tea experts to perform a complicated process: extensive withering, bruising and rattling the leaves, fermenting, firing and re-firing. The finished teas slowly develop the characteristic floral or fruit flavors and aromatics that distinguish it from all other teas.
